I have tax questions.

The only time we charge tax is to customers who are located in California. If you are in any other state you will not be charged tax. If you are in California and hold a resale license or are tax exempt please contact us and we will set up an account so when your order on-line our cart will waive the tax. All we need from you is a copy of your resale license or tax exempt cert. That can be emailed, faxed or mailed in. Here is a link to our Contact Page.

 

Do you wholesale your products?

The answer is yes. We are a rep of the Hygloss brand of products. All you have to do is contact us and we will set you up with a wholesale account. You can order using the website or phone, fax or mail your orders in. Contact us today to get started! Wholesale

 

I have shipping questions.

I do not want to pay with a credit card. What are my options?

We accept many forms of payment. Major credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders & PO's (with approval). We have an entire page devoted to payment methods and checkout instructions: PAYMENT INFO

 

I don't want to put my credit card on the internet. What do I do?

Select a different form of payment. We accept many forms of payment besides credit cards- PayPal, checks, money orders & PO's (with approval).

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship within 1-2 days of receipt (many ship the same day).. If you are paying for rush UPS service and need the order to ship the same day, be sure to place your order by noon (EST). Rush orders that come in after that time, will not ship out until the following day.

 

What is your return policy?

Do you share or sell your mailing list?

No we never have shared our mailing list or any part of our customer data base with anyone. We never will either. Your information is safe. We do not store any vital information on a computer that is part of a network or one that is connected to the internet. We have a 100% opt-in only mailing list. You can join here.

 

Is your site secure?

No the site is not, but the shopping carts and checkout pages are. To make it easy and fast to browse our site we have opted not to secure the whole site. However, when you go to check out you will notice that you enter into a secure mode and the lock will display on your browser. Any page that asks you for vital personal information (name, address etc) or credit card information is secure.

 

I want free samples.

We are not able to send out free samples except in special circumstances. Please contact us and we can see if we can help you with your request. Contact Page

 

How do I know if my order went through?

If you receive an e-mail copy of your order right after placing it then your order went through. If you do not receive one within minutes, then chances are that it did not go through properly (or your confirmation got caught in your SPAM filter). A good way to test, is to visit our site again and if you cart is still showing items in it then your order did not go through.

 

How do I combine purchases from Kids Crafts Plus with CPG items?

We are not able to combine orders from Kids Crafts Plus and any of the other CPG Bulk Sales websites. The inventory for KCP is located in New Jersey and inventory from CPG is located all over the country. We are not able to split orders between the many warehouses. Please place separate orders if you need items from multiple sites.

 

Do you only accept orders via the internet?

No. We are able to accept orders via phone, fax, email, mail and via our on-line shopping cart. Here is a link to a page with all the details on ordering: ORDERING INFO

 

Why didn't I get a tracking number?

We send shipment confirmations with tracking numbers every evening. However, many of our customers have SPAM filters and sometimes those e-mail messages get filtered. If you placed an order and did not receive a tracking number be sure to check your SPAM filter and if it is not there contact us via e-mail and we will help you locate your box. I got a tracking number via e-mail and don't know what to do with it!

The tracking number can be typed into the Track Your Package window on the main page of the UPS.com or USPS.com web site. You can then see the progress that your box is making as it travels from us to you. It can also give you an expected delivery date so you can make sure you are home to receive it.

 

What is the best way to contact you?

The very best way to contact us is via e-mail. We check e-mail throughout the day and will answer every message that comes to us. Our address is: KidsCraftsPlus@pacific.net Calling us is not always the fastest way to get a hold of us. We are literally so busy processing orders that we cannot always grab the phone. E-mail is the best way to get an answer FAST! If you would rather call or do not mind leaving a message for a call back our number is (888) 833-7501. Where can I find your company information and address?

Where do I enter coupons?

Coupons are entered on the shopping cart page, in a box just under where all your items are listed out (on the right) and you are given a second chance during checkout. Beware- coupons must be entered before you submit the order. Once the order is submitted, we cannot add on the coupon. If you need help locating the page please call us before you complete checkout. I made an error on my order and need to change it?

If you have submitted your order then you can either call us, fax us or email us the change you need made. Be aware that we start processing order almost as soon as they come in. If you need a change made be sure to contact us right away! Here is a link to the contact page: Contact Page
