United Parcel Service:

We ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) from a warehouse in New Jersey. Our default delivery method is UPS Ground. This service can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. Please view the map at the bottom of the page to see how long your box will take to get to your particular location.

UPS does not count the day it ships or weekends when it gives delivery estimates. For example if you order UPS 3 Day Select on a Friday your box will not arrive until the following Wednesday.

UPS Rush Services:

UPS 3 Day Select (delivered on the third day- do not count the day it ships)

UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered in two days)

UPS Next Day Air (10 am delivery the next day M-F)

UPS Next Day Air Early AM (8 am delivery the next day M-F- not available in all areas)

UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivered next day by the end of the day M-F)

Note: If you are choosing a rush service and expect your box to ship out the same day be sure to place the order before 12:00 noon EST/EDT and be sure to call us! Sometimes we are so busy we cannot ship out the same day. (800) 637-6401 ext 2.

Tracking:

When your order ships out we will send you a tracking number. You can take that tracking number and track your package at UPS.com Be aware that tracking emails can get caught in SPAM filters. If you did not get one be sure to check there first.

Weekends:

Kids Crafts Plus is closed for other holidays (besides the UPS holidays). Join our mailing list to be notified of closures before they occur.

Rates:

Rates are based off of the total weight of the item(s) you are ordering.

The only way to to get a shipping price is to add items to a shopping cart and then type your zipcode into the box that says "Enter U.S. Zip Code for Updated Total:" on the shopping cart page. Then hit the GO button. Your shipping price will be displayed.
